My name is Ashlee Vance, and I’ve spent the last 17 years evolving within the beauty industry. As the owner of two NOVA STRANDS locations, one in Oregon and one in Texas, my mission is to redefine what it means to be a “career stylist,” transforming it from a side passion into a fulfilling, financially empowering profession.
My love for extensions began over 8 years ago, when I trained extensively in the Natural Beaded Rows method. That foundation helped shape my artistry, but over time I’ve refined, elevated, and expanded those techniques into my own signature approach, one that delivers even softer blends, healthier installs, and results my clients can’t stop raving about.
Beyond the salon, I offer personalized 1:1 coaching for stylists and salon owners who are ready to overcome obstacles, strengthen their mindset, and build a business rooted in abundance rather than burnout.

Outside of the salon, Deanna is devoted to her husband and her three beloved pups. She enjoys serving at her church and being involved in her community, always looking for ways to give back and support others.

She’s a big-picture thinker with a keen eye for detail, always finding creative solutions to bring each client’s vision to life.
At the core of Rachel’s work is connection. She’s an exceptional listener who asks the right questions, puts her clients’ needs first, and values every detail of the salon experience. Her chair is a space where clients feel heard, cared for, and completely at ease—because she believes trust is built through honesty, kindness, and genuine attention.
Originally from Spokane, Washington, Rachel recently relocated to Dallas with her husband, three dogs, and their cat after getting married in October 2025. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her hosting loved ones, working on creative projects, rock climbing, or exploring everything Dallas has to offer. Grounded in faith, family, and creativity, Rachel brings a joyful, down-to-earth energy to everything she does—believing life is too short not to find joy in the little things.
