MEET THE
My name is Ashlee Vance, and I’ve spent the last 17 years evolving within the beauty industry. As the owner of two NOVA STRANDS locations, one in Oregon and one in Texas, my mission is to redefine what it means to be a “career stylist,” transforming it from a side passion into a fulfilling, financially empowering profession.
My love for extensions began over 8 years ago, when I trained extensively in the Natural Beaded Rows method. That foundation helped shape my artistry, but over time I’ve refined, elevated, and expanded those techniques into my own signature approach, one that delivers even softer blends, healthier installs, and results my clients can’t stop raving about.
Beyond the salon, I offer personalized 1:1 coaching for stylists and salon owners who are ready to overcome obstacles, strengthen their mindset, and build a business rooted in abundance rather than burnout.

Hi! My name is Deanna. I have 20 years of experience behind the chair, and I’ve built my career on compassion, connection, and helping every client look and feel their best.
I began my training with Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas as a haircut specialist, and continuing education has remained a big part of my journey. I also train weekly with Essential Hair Academy to stay sharp and inspired.
I have formal training in the NBR method, and I’ve since mastered the techniques and refined approach taught by Ashlee. This blend of education allows me to create seamless, natural-looking hand-tied extensions that prioritize movement, blend, and long-term hair health.
I’ve also completed GOLDWELL color mastery in New York City and additional advanced training with L’Oréal Professionnel and Business of Balayage, which helps me customize color that enhances every install.
When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our two corgis.

Hello beautiful!! My name is Molly, I have been doing hair for 16 years. I have a passion for making people feel beautiful and love spreading joy. I specializes in natural-looking colors; blondes, brunettes, or reds. I love cutting hair, whether it be long and layered, or short and satisfyingly sassy. I always go the extra mile to help my guests find the proper tips and products to maintain the same style at home. My days off you can find me with my family and paying with my beautiful daughter. She is one of my biggest motivators in life. I cherish spending time with my husband and daughter and they know how to make life an adventure by going camping, exploring all the new things Texas has to offer, or having a Jammie and movie day!

Hey Gorgeous! My name is Ashley Bestul, and I’ve been behind the chair for 10+ amazing years. I absolutely love what I do, helping women feel beautiful, confident, and completely themselves.
I come from a long line of hairdressers, so I grew up watching how deeply stylists can impact their clients. That early inspiration shaped my passion for this industry and the way I show up for every person in my chair.
I’m committed to continual education and have trained in the Natural Beaded Rows method, later mastering the techniques and refined approach taught by Ashlee. This allows me to create natural-looking, seamless hand-tied extensions that elevate your hair while protecting its health.
Outside of the salon, my world revolves around my family, the most amazing man in my life and our sweet baby boy, Lorenzo. I can’t wait to bring your hair dreams to life!

Hi, my name is Kynedi! I began my hair journey in 2021 and have been doing all things hair ever since! I've always been passionate about making women feel beautiful and confident! Educating and helping clients achieve their hair goals is what drives me every day. I love being able to create a safe space for my clients to come in and relax while enjoying a luxury experience. I specialize in lived in color, blondes and brondes! On my off days, you can probably find me somewhere outside with my pup or on a target run! I cannot wait to see all of you beautiful people in my chair!
